"Best" depends on the purpose of use and the one's pocket size. For for my purpose and pocket size, Indian made Modern O/U appears "best" but for some depending on their purpose and pocket size, Perazzi, Beretta etc. etc. may only appear as "best". JAMMU : Modern Gun Works, Shikari(Goverdhanlal & Sons),Standard Gun Works, Free India etc.
MANDI : Prem Sagar & Sons & VISSCO
JODHPUR:New Light Art Woks & Bhatti & Co. (Quality is just the same)
BELLARY :Shaktiman
