Post by najeeb_khan » Sat Mar 15, 2014 7:38 pm

Hello friends,

I have earlier told about my 12 bore gun in my introduction, here are the pictures of my gun.

I hope you all will like it.

My late father purchased this gun.

Najeeb, what a beautiful gun! Thanks for sharing it with us. I enjoyed the details you shared, such as the wood, checkering, and the engraving. What I really liked were your pictures of the lock and the action opened -- this gives great insight as to how the action works and the beautiful craftsmanship of its making. You have a true prize there! Thank you again!

Hello Friends ( Timmy, Ashok and Herb)

Thank for your appreciation.

Yes Ashok, I agree Places which are hold quite often have a faded engraving and what can be done about it. As I have checked by it's serial number, it was manufactured between 1928 and 1930

Herb, It has ejector, which you can see in the last picture or in the picture which I will upload now, there you will see chokes marking and this gun have a 30 inch barrel

I am not able to know the exact date of manufacture, I think it might be around 1910-20s
