doc, incidentally that pistol belonged to me which i sold to a gun dealer for 2.5 a few months bach and brought a beretta.the main reason for me to buy that peice was that i was able to lay my handa on something diff fron
m a normal ashani.i came to know a few s days back that the gun dealer has resold it to some gun dealer.he pic is a little crude cause mine didnt had a rib,but the grips are the same....anyways i still have the magzine i modified with a follower inserted ,to take care of the feeding problem...yeah if i get a chance i would definatel modify ashani in a much better way ,involving all you gun gurus to gide me :cheers:

NOC for what reason? You may require the period for buying the weapon on your license to be extended since delivery of .32 pistol by IOF is done after almost one year.

@goodboymentor,
a lot of posts in this tread have mentioned NOC from the licencing authority,TL from the place where you buy the weapon..I am clear as to the TL which should be produced at time of delivery,but the NOC, should it be obtained at the time of booking or at the time of delivery?

thanks.

Yes requirement of transit license is understandable. Let us see what other members who have purchased firearms from IOF say about requirement of NOC. Or you could also try talking with someone in office of Licensing Authourity.

i am goona book a pistol from GSF cossipore. Some assistance please..
In the pistol booking form,it says,two attested copy of arms licence,and one attested copy of pan card.
Does this mean self attested or attested by gazetted officer,or both.?

@syed

They are talking about attested copies of AL and Pan Card. Get them attested by public notary. Self attestation is not required here.
