Good kit, Baljit.
Looking forward to seeing the results of the range session with the new optics.

Looks great, what are your thoughts on Vortex optics, I bought from Camera land a binoc diamondback for some one. These chaps recommended it over Nikon Monarch and also have life time warranty..
Cheers

Navi, I did not heard any bad feedback about Vortex.Good friend of mine and student (Ben) ,he is a big fan of Vortex. All the scope he have on his rifles is Vortex and also spotting scope as well. When I shoot his rifle, I am very happy with his Vortex scope on his rifle. Then I make my mind if I am going buy any scope in the future,It's going to be Vortex.Baljit Bhaji

This is my first vortex scope and I am quite impress with the lens in this scope.Very nice and clear you can see through this scope.Once I mount this on my AR then I can make any more comment about this.

Re: AR-15; the progeny of genius.
Hello Friends.
Today, I had a free time so I decided I should work on my AR.
Finally,I mount scope, red dot site and some accessories on my AR and I like to shear pictures with all of you.
Here is my AR looks like before I mount anything on it.
All the accessories on my working table.
First I mount a picatinny rail on forehand for quick detach swivel.
After I mount this on my AR,my next step is mount rear and front flip-up sites.
After I mount sites on rail, my next step is to mount a FAB angled foregrip on forehand.
After I mount FAB angled foregrip,I decied that I should mount picatinny rail rubber guard on the rail so I won't feel any rail when I shoot my AR.
Now it's time to mount rings and scope on AR.
Here you guy's can see the rail on the forehand and DD upper rail are level.
After I mount sec.ring on the rail, i'll make sure both rings are level.
Now, it's time to mount 45 degree angle mount and red dot site. Reasons I mount this before the scope because, if I mount scope first then I can not tight red dot on the rail.
Now, it's time to mount scope.
Again I use scope bubble level to make sure my scope are level before i tight screws.
Also I use Vortex flip cap cover to protect my scope lens.
Here is the view through scope. In first picture you guy's can see a dot in the middle.
Here is the picture when that red dot is on(this is red dot scope).
Few other pictures.
Finally my AR-15 Project is complete. Now it's time to take this baby to the range.
More pictures and a video coming soon.
Enjoy.

Very informative posts and shots the gun looks amazing. Question why is bushnell site small one bit offset from main vortex scope. Looking forward to your report on scope and range.
TC is right to large extend

Re: AR-15; the progeny of genius.
ngrewal - the concept, from what Baljit explained to me was that, he could use both sights (set to different distances) interchangeably simply by rotating his wrist slightly.
Interesting concept, workable! Let's see what he says after trials at the range.

Re: AR-15; the progeny of genius.
Hello Guy's.
Today I had some free time and I thought I should go to the range and zeroing all the optic I mount on my AR.
I start out at 25 yards with some American Eagle Ammo to make sure I hit the target before I shoot my own ammo.
Here is first target with American Eagle Ammo (69gn) at 25 yards.
Here in next picture I shoot the same ammo at 50 yards.
After I hit the target at 50 yards with American Eagle Ammo, I decided that I should try my own ammo at 50 yards to see if I can make good grouping.
Here, In next picture you guy's can see the grouping with my own ammo.
Here in next pictures you guy's can see my grouping at 100 Yards with my own ammo.
This is what I use for my own ammo.
Bullet ......... Sierra Match King 53 gn.
Powder........ H-4198
OAL............ 2.245"
Guy's I make a video as well, but I am unable to upload that video on YouTube.I don't know what's the problem but I am still keep trying. If I upload that video, for sure I will post that for all of you.

Navi , Reasons behind bushnell red dot site mounted on AR, so I can shoot in the dark and close range up to 25 yards. If I like to shoot grater then 25 yards then I am going to use main scope on the AR.ngrewal wrote:

About Vortex, it's very very reliable scope. When I look through the scope on the target,I can see very clear picture of the target.
I am quite impress with clarity of the lens, with my experience on the guns I think this is the perfect scope for the AR in three gun shoot, also it's in your budget.
