Another teens defends himself and his sister

Post by xl_target » Sun Jan 08, 2012 11:24 am

Another case of self defence, this time in North Carolina. A young fourteen year old boy defends himself and his sister from armed intruders. The 911 call is linked in the article below.
No charges are expected against the teen for firing on Michael Henderson. North Carolina's Castle Doctrine law, updated on Dec. 1, allows homeowners to assume intruders mean them ill whether they have a weapon on not.

If these teens hadn't had access to guns to defend themselves against larger numbers of thugs, who knows what would have happened to them.

This is big news in the UK and only hit the national scene in the US after the Sarah McKinley (18 year old mother) story broke.

good stuff mate, but that could only happen in USA, the land of the free.
in India if we do something like this, sure have to face a lot of harassment from
the cops, newspapers etc.
