If the caliber is .410 , as they usually are, banned caliber

.410 musket cal has been removed from the restricted list under schedule 1 of arms rules 2016 so it is now a permissible calibre like any other

But isn't a Firearm that can be disguised as other object like Pen or Walking sticks are banned ?

If you have it then it is just worth keeping. Vintage guns have a different significance.

If anything is over 50 years old, it's anyway permissible to be classified as a curio, within curio category there is absolutely zero restriction for Indian citizens, so long as you don't carry it or purchase ammo.
