Light box experiments

Post by xl_target » Wed Mar 16, 2011 11:00 am

My wife bought me a light box and so I though I would play with the camera a little.
I see there are still some depth of field issues that I have work on and I got grease spots on the gun.
Not the greatest but its a start.

A light Box - now that is something - truly! Imagine the quality photos we could shoot anytime anywhere (within home) of our toys - Wow. :D

xl_target - great pictures in your new box - good shooting, I can hardly see any grease spots!

One could make a home-made light box with a little imagination, and some length of PVC pipes, elbow joints, glue and few other accessories. Wonderful tent!

Vikram, Yes sir, that's my main carry gun but I use it for matches too.
Being that it is a carry gun, I want to be as familiar with it using it as possible.

Baljit,
that is a SIG P225 in 9mm. Unfortunately, it is no longer made. It's basically a cut down P220.
Single stack, slim slide.

ckkalyan,
I actually made one out of a cardboard box and some translucent paper. I was trying to use that when the wife felt sorry for me an bought me one.
This one folds up into a nice brief case so I can take it with me.
I have mentioned before that she is pretty good to me? Don't know why, must like me or something.

All the rest; thanks guys. Appreciate the kind words.
