We are a club affiliated to Tamilnadu Shooting Association (TNSA) which is in turn affiliated to NRAI. Can anyone explain the process of purchasing 0.22 and shotgun rounds from NRAI?. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
For individual if you buy Ammunition from NRAI, does the NRAI makes entry on your licence for you purchase
OR we purchase from NRAI and get It entered at any licensing authority.

Also do we need any permit to travel back at your home state.

Hello All,
I want to clear one more thing which I had confirm from the staff of the NRAI. And it is not applicable on the residents of New Delhi and/or on the holders of AIV Arms License.
That is , no matter you may buy how much ammo of any caliber or not, one has to produce 'appropriate documents' to get your ammo outside Delhi NCR before the Delhi Police.
The 'documents' means to show the need and cause of the buying and exporting your ammo from one state to another.
So , confirm from the NRAI before buying and taking out the ammo outside Delhi NCR.

One can buy 1000 cartridges per month from NRAI .
One should hold a valid arm license and quota on license for those quantities.
One should be a member of NRAI not state membership.
Eley sports .22 costs 14,15 rs and match 23,24rs.Last month price and availability.
