Although the coverage on the Royal Baby was a bit too saccharine sweet for me, it wasn't too much different from the coverage of babies of film stars and other artistes we see regularly. After all, this was the first kid born after Prince Harry!
The British are still the most "conventional" royals in Europe. Others - like the Dutch - are known to cycle around town! But of course, our desi "pretend royalty" aka elected representatives are probably more snobbish than even the French royals who - poor fellows - got introduced to Madame Guillotine!
