Not sure about Noida or Greater Noida, may be carbine or someone from Noida is aware of it. But if Ghaziabad is near to your location then may refer this

Please help me to know, whether the body named UP rifle association is a state government body or governed by any semi government organisation???? What is the real benefit of taking the life time membership?????
