Trip to mangadu range

Post by tirths » Tue Aug 12, 2008 11:13 am

last Sunday Striker organized a quick meet. Me, striker and Babu was heading towards a saw mill owned by Striker.

10 km drive from KK nagar, chennai. We have crossed a big lake and few chaps were angling. I was missing my fishing tools. May be next time.

We have landed in the range big half acre . Fully covered with compound wall. You can just shoot anywhere and no-one can get hurt :)

Entire day we were there and it was a pleasure plinking day.

Hope next time we will have a large group.

Third guy is tirtha (the owner of gamo cfx .177 cal with bushnell 4-16x 50mm ao illuminated scope)

Had nice time there in my range with sharing our ideas..... :-) & remarkably cfx is very accurate and powerful in its job . able to hit a 2" dia stone at 50 m. :-)
only babu is worried of not bringing his diana 54 laminated model to range .

we have also planned for the next week :-)

Looked like a ton of fun...

Just an observation... its a lot easier to shoot a scoped weapon with both eyes open.

Might surprise you..
