Blank Firing Gun

Post by sanmalik » Mon Dec 07, 2015 12:14 am

Hi,

Anyone recently imported blank firing gun to India (Delhi) ? If yes, any hassle ?
What all documents are required for custom clearance ? Rifle club membership required for importing Blank firing Gun or is it only for importing Air Gun ?

P.S. - Sorry, too many questions in single post. This Ekol Viper 2.5 is all over my mind :P

Thanks&Regards,
San

Probably this matter is already discussed in this forum. Please use the search box.

Any "gun" or something looking like a gun that cannot fire a projectile is not a gun(firearm) as per Arms Act 1959.

HI,

Forget about owning a blank firing gun, they are imitation firearms, you will be in big trouble. blank guns also use some sort of gun powder to create smoke and sound.
This guy bought the same one...
