NSP rifle

Post by Vikram Shokeen » Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:12 am

Dear team,
My father is a ex- army officer and has a 3°3 rifle , which he bought from India ordinance factory Jawalpur, He is old now and wants to transfer his license and Nsp weapon to me. I am a civilian working as a officer in a PSU.
Kindly help me with the rules and regulations of the same.

Please contact the office of licensing authority. They should be able to guide you.

Your father needs to write a letter station that he wants to transfer his weapon to you to OS Branch, Integrated HQ of MOD,Delhi. They will tell the procedure thereafter.

Likely chances are that they will ask you to deposite it back since you are not an Amr y officer.
