Which Air Rile to Import- Please Advise.

Hello seniors,
Need your precious guidance. My brother is going to Moscow this month. I want to know about which air rifle I must buy in .177 that he could easily get there. My budget is 15k.
Secondly I am interested in Chinese b3 underlever rifle. Can I get it in Moscow. It's in 5.5 mm. Also one of my friend is in China he will travel to Moscow to meet my brother he can take it to Moscow if I want. Or can I get it in India somewhere. Plz guide me , vikram sir, basu sir, and all seniors.
