Are you asking how to score a target?
If so, this link (below) will explain how to score targets.
TargetandScoringInfo.pdf

The concentric rings on a target are usually numbered and they are addressed by their numbers. i.e. the one ring, the two ring, etc.
The X ring is the one right in the center of the ten ring.
“Never give in, never give in, never; never; never; never – in nothing, great or small, large or petty – never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense” — Winston Churchill, Oct 29, 1941
