Please find out if there is a shooting club in Surat first, altough I'm not aware of any. Meanwhile, you could call the Ahmedabad Military & Rifle Training Club on 079-25601809/ 25601992. Ask for Mr. Bhavsar or Narendrabhai. ASAIK, Gujarat State Rifle Association does not induct members directly and it's role is supervisory in nature concerning the shooting sports in Gujarat.

Pl. note that we also have a shooting club at Baroda affiliated with Gujarat state Rifle Association and National Rifle Association of India. Pl. to inform that We are runnig the club since 1966, when the thought arised that every civilian should get the rifle training. We are one the two club of India who are still runningthe Civilian Rifle Training Scheme since then, still successfully, and also one of the two clubs, who are giving certificate with the national emblem of three lions. our address is as follows
