All semi auto auto rifles are under a different regulation. One has to be a game culler, or an agricultural producer with a certain acreage , to be eligible for a semi auto rifle or shotgun for game/varmint control.
The new Turkish lever and lever actuated semi autos are still considered ‘category A ‘shotguns and freely available.
