My Friend bough this Semi auto Gun last last august, we have fired around 170round from round from it our mines, it did not jam even once,i fired 5 round in 9 second. i had video but it got deleted when i chenged my mobile, one negetive point is that its recoil is very high, you can feel badly on your shoulder

That's strange, semiautomatic shotgun should have lesser recoil, are you sure you compared with a pump action with same cartridges.

sir we use Shaktiman Slug no problem with cartridge and Gun, only Problem is Recoil of AHT SX401, the recoil is to much high, we use the other stallion pump action PX701 that Gun belong to our gaurd Pandey ji recoil is same and some problem of Jam in 701,
but AHT 401 firing is excellent.

Normally a slug will have more of a recoil. Or maybe it's the stock design.

My confusion is that more recoil in a semiautomatic shotgun is questionable since part of it is absorbed by the reloading mechanism thus it should ideally reduce the felt recoil.

my experience is recoil is the same both semi and pump

I have noticed that semi autos have less recoil, it could be that some of the gas is used to move the ejector so the force is reduced, correct me if I'm wrong

I own a SX 100 semi auto , which i bought in 2021

i must have shot close to 300 rounds from it till now and have not faced any issue .

cleaning and maintenance is quite easy as well .

That’s Great, Navalahluwalia i would like to congratulate you for purchasing SX100 Semi auto shotgun,if possible kindly elaborate more on your SX 100 semi auto shotgun like barrel length, chamber size,and the ammunition that you have tried in your gun (IOF or imported) actually one of my relative is interested in buying a shotgun so we were considering SX 100 as an option.

When we went to buy this is what the dealer showed us, said that only 401 is available,
