Surely , the intent of legislature has been to restrict arms to 2 numbers from existing 3 .
It was a serious fallacy of mine to overlook amendment in Rule 18 and reiterate the language of new Proviso of Rule 15 only

In homepage ,under guns section click on the categories you want to create your thread.You'll find create New topic tab there.
