As per http://www.gunsinternational.com/Ruger- ... =100112036 and http://www.gunsinternational.com/Ruger- ... =100104271 the price is around $425-$450, can put some premium for being sold in India, ideally total around Rs 50,000, I will pay no more than the price of any IOF revolver/pistol.

Your next investment after that, a stallion.

On the streets of ahmednagar, on top of a horse, torn jeans, revolver at hip, smoking beedi and your mobile ringtone of The good, bad and Ugly (You can also have beedi jaliyle, if that's your choice) in background; what more can a man ask ?? :)

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Lionheartguru,
Got myself the hat and I was a pretty good rider, took part in show jumping. But the price of the revolver is basically quite ridiculous, considering its condition. So I will bide my time.
