There is difference between actual range and effective range for example effective range 25 meters but overall range will be 50 meters.
Yes now sales are going to drop like anything for IOF once the other companies start selling their products at a fast rate .
They will give permission soon so manufacture rifle and .22 also , webley is making a pump action shoot gun delivery will be starting from January of next year .
