I am not sure as to what a rollover test is.
Loading and unloading a full Magazine manually does not guarantee against a jam.
The same Cartridge may jam when shooting live.
A jam in a Pistol occurs mostly because of the Cartridge.
Unless there is a manufacturing defect with the Pistol,
Mostly to do with the Slide,
Or the Pistol is dirty and not properly cleaned.
A jam occurs when the Cartridge does not cycle into the Chamber.
The primary cause is a defective Cartridge.
If the size/shape of the Cartridge is even minutely off, it will not cycle.
Their are other reasons for a jam.
I have only discussed one, which I feel is important.
The Spring of the Magazine may also be responsible for inconsistent feed.

Select good quality ammo, do the rollover test, and practice..
Could someone eloborate what is rollover test. Is it process of making magazine empty manually? If yes, can it guarantee to get rid of jamming problem if working fine in manual mode? If we load and unload full magazine in manual mode once, will those same ammo fired without any trouble in Same magazine.
Thanks

‘Roll over’ is when in the process of manufacture, the rim gets pushed in /dented inwards. Forming a CUP like profile.
Obviously the will prevent chambering and firing.
Usually not seen in hand gun ammo, possible in shotgun ammo where the brass rim in very thin compared to the other type of ammo.
I would inspect visually, feel the rim and primer to ensure all is square and primer is not protruding, no inward curling of the rim,And do the PLUNK test. ie,
Drop each round into the chamber and see if it fits.

Just toll the shell on the table if its rolling smoothly then the shell cap jacket all are aligned and in order if it is not then there is high possibility of ammo sticking in the chamber, I had seen it looong time ago in a VDO of NYPD .
