OK. But if they still haven't received the license to manufacture, then they haven't even begun yet, in which case their time to market can be several years away. I am no industrialist, but I think a manufacturer will first try and get a manufacturing license and will then actually establish a factory which can take years. How are they telling you the pistols are ready then?

I grilled him a lot yesterday than he said pistol are ready only in 9mm for army .
Nothing is ready for civilians as of now , first they have to get the license from central gov which is still pending as i think .
So you are right it might take 2 year also . But he said something will come in next 15 days , which he has said many times . It has been 1 year since they have said they will launch the pistol .
Pistol are going to come for sure but time estimate can be few months to few years .

It will take more 6 months to 1 year i guess , license to manufacture is must , than comes production of actual pistol ,dealers , and many other missing steps also . So calculations done tentatively 6 months to 1 year should be taken into account .

OK, just heard from them right now on Whatsapp. Same reply as Chinglen - We are shortly coming out with a public announcement.

Actually, I think their time to market may be shorter now that I think about it. I believe they have been providing to the military for the past 10 years or so. So, they probably have been manufacturing for a while. The new license he's refering to may be specific for civilian arms. In this case, they may already have a functioning factory, they just need the permission to start a civilian manufacturing line as well, which shouldn't take long then.

Yes same replay just now i got . They are well established from last 10 years that is a good positive point and may help in slashing the time period .
They should be able to get license for civilian asap, than rest all will fall into place .
But still I don’t think anything positive will happen soon .
Companies from behind have gotten license but still have been not able to deliver a single piece .

I myself had booked sheik pistol in December canceled it for glock . They have also not been able to deliver a single piece .

If they have been supply glock 17 9mm parabellum for the last so many years then i think production of glock 25 full size 380 pistol wont take much time bcoz receiver, slide and other parts are almost same as for 9mm parabellum it is 9 * 19 and for 380 it is 9 * 17

The question here is, has Counter Measure been granted the license to Manufacture? I thought their license was in Limbo?

Also they will assemble SKD or they are going to actually install a Polymer Pistol Line in India!

This is very interesting, would love to learn more
