.25 .32 best pistol under 4L

I want to buy a good .25 or .32 pistol under 4 lacs. I own a IOF pistol which works well but I have some conceal carrying issue. I don’t want to show off in public. Please advice me a good small form factor and durable pistol weapon. Thanks in advance. Would love if anyone want sell their weapon of the same specifications.

It's very difficult to get good .32 pistol under 4 lacs.
In .25 bore, CZ model 45 is very good option. Price should be between 2.50 to 3 lacs.
