यूपीः लड्डुओं के लिए मशहूर हरदोई के संडीला में बनेगी ब्रिटेन की वेबली स्कॉट रिवॉल्वर

ब्रिटेन की मशहूर वेबले एंड स्कॉट कंपनी ने लखनऊ के सियाल मैन्युफैक्चरर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटे से समझौता किया है और नवंबर से ये कंपनी रिवॉल्वर का उत्पादन शुरू करेगी.

हरदोई का संडीला का नाम सुनते ही मुंह में लड्डू की मिठास सी घुल जाती है. यहां के लड्डुओं की देश से लेकर विदेश तक मांग है. लड्डुओं से मिली पहचान के बीच संडीला को अब एक और नई पहचान मिलने वाली है. अब यहां पर ब्रिटेन की वेबली स्कॉट रिवॉल्वर बनेगी. इसके लिए ब्रिटेन की कंपनी ने लखनऊ की एक कंपनी से समझौता किया है.

ब्रिटेन की मशहूर वेबली एंड स्कॉट कंपनी ने लखनऊ के सियाल मैन्युफैक्चरर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटे से समझौता किया है और नवंबर से ये कंपनी अपना उत्पादन शुरू करेगी. कंपनी की पहली यूनिट हरदोई के संडीला में लगेगी, जो लखनऊ से महज 30 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है. शुरुआत में कंपनी .32 रिवॉल्वर का निर्माण करेगी.

अंग्रेजी अखबार टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया से बात करते हुए वेबली एंड स्कॉट कंपनी के को-ऑनर जॉन ब्राइट ने कहा कि नई यूनिट में हम पिस्तौल, एयरगन, शॉटगन और गोला-बारूद का निर्माण करेंगे. उन्होंने कहा कि हमने विशाल बाजार की संभावनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारत और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में निवेश करने का फैसला किया है.

जॉन ब्राइट ने कहा कि हमने 2018 में सियाल परिवार के साथ मिलकर व्यवसाय का विस्तार करने का मन बनाया. हमें 2019 में भारत में हथियारों के निर्माण का लाइसेंस मिला. पहले चरण में 1899 के मार्क IV.32 पिस्तौल के मूल डिजाइन का उपयोग भारतीय बाजार की मांग को पूरा करने के लिए किया जाएगा.

वेबली एंड स्कॉट कंपनी के मुताबिक, उत्तर प्रदेश के संडीला में फैक्ट्री को बनाने के लिए इंग्लैंड से 15 विशेषज्ञों की एक टीम आएगी. इस फैक्ट्री का निर्माण चार महीने में पूरा करने की योजना है.

सियोल मैनुफैक्चर्स के जोगिंदर पाल सिंह सियोल ने कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के सहयोग से प्रोजेक्ट अंतिम रूप लेने वाला है. .32 रिवॉल्वर की कीमत 1.6 लाख रुपये होगी. इससे लोगों को अब वर्ल्ड क्लास हथियार मिलेगा.

I am very happy that manufacturers are coming to India, but as I have mentioned before this is too much hype and too little credible information.

Webley Scott has not made revolvers for over 60 years, their processes are extinct, the old tooling is useless.

I am looking for credible information on these new revolvers which are being made and will be branded Webley Scott. If any one is here from the manufacturers end, do give us more information. The data online is very sketchy. Im sure if you are manufacturing, you can provide more technical information.

Master dealer of Webley India is Capital Gun House. The proprietor of this gun house is actually one from the Sial family who are bringing Webley to India . Anyone can call them at the numbers given at Webley India's website . The information given by this person may very well be taken to be perfectly accurate , IMHO

Good to get a competitor to IOF. But wonder why an old technology being reintroduced, This model has become obsolete,

I came through this news today . The article says Webley has finally announced retail prices and availability of its handguns . I tried to contact their master dealer at Kanpur but he says he will be contacting me back .

The article also shows a revolver pic supposedly that of an actual Made in India Webley in its retail packaging.

All the companies will get sell permission after march only whether glock , sheikh , webley all get permission to sell only after march .
