Ar Pistol in India?

I was wondering about legality of AR pistol in India, According to arms act, point 24 of page 3, AR pistols are legal for permissible license holders, right? Or am I missing something?

Please explain how this fits with the above video.“handgun” means a small arm with a short stock at an angle to and extending below the line of the
barrel, that is designed to be held and fired with one hand and includes pistols and revolvers;
