I spoke to a Master Dealer in UP and he confirmed to me that the pistol needs to be booked with an initial amount of 1,00,000 and will take about 25-30 days to be delivered. The final price quoted was of 3,85,000/-

Go for Malhotra. It’s better, little cheaper and readily available. No booking required.
