Regarding choice of 22LR in India, I have never used one back in India, but learning from other members' remarks, the IOF 22LR seems to be accurate.
It depends on what you can find, at a price that suits you. Personally, I think the IOF is quite heavy, which should be a positive for target shooting.

Yes the data is from the ADI site. I think you should let the Rossi combo remain as it is - 410/22LR. We are facing slight shortages of powder here in Perth, but I have enough of 8208 for the 223, 270, 375 and 2205 for the Hornet - should last me some time.
