Could you provide me how to open new gun shop in madhya pradesh.

Procedure is given in arms act 2016 nothing impossible if you are living in a city in MP you will need permission of commissioner of police . If you live in rural you will need permission of the district collector ,
There is a set of rules like safety, fire fighting equipment,CCTV surveillance, firearms handling certificates and other documents.
You will have to fill form no 9 or 9A for gun smith and form 8 for the shop available in your district or commissioner office living in your area ,

The most important things is you will need good contacts with commissioner/DM
Once that is sought 50 percent of the work is completed.
Rest is you will need tremendous follow up on this
First is get a good connection with commissioner/DM.

After this procedure is complete the file will go to home department of madhy pradesh .
From there you will need sanction which is final approval.
Minimum time period for all this will be around 1.5 to 2 years .
