Dear aadhaulya,

I fired lawman's almost new .22 lr.
He had to wait for six months , then costed 45000/- ,ex factory.
It is made in Ichapur gun shell factory.
Our club's brnos fired thousands of shots , at times misfire.

Hi folks. It seems nobody has a folding stock for a .22 rifle. Any idea where it can be made?

Talk to these guys. They do stock mods for 30.06, .315 & PAGs. Should be able to help you. Let me know if you need any help with contacting them...

Handled this IOF 22 in the NCC.Its a pathetic firearm,a total let down.scope rail is crudely finished, magazine wont feed and handloading of IOF ammo in the chamber is the only way it fires.Bolt travel is tragic, most bolts dont settle down completly after cocking, some bolts have to be literally smashed down.Really astonished that the IOF is still selling this third rate weapon.Poor show

At least you had a magazine.
When I was in the NCC, we used ancient Lee Enfields trainers in .22 LR.
Many of them were so shot out that you were lucky to hit the side of barn from inside of it.
Loading cartridges singly was the only way you could load them.

Also note that the group shown is an example of some really excellent shooting.
While it shows us what the rifle is capable of, not everyone will be able to achieve the same results.
You can have the most accurate rifle in the world but if you can't shoot it well.........
What I'm saying is that a lot of times, its the Indian and not the arrow, if you get my meaning.

XL, your tenner is in the mail.

Here's another group that I never bothered measuring for some reason. Same parameters.

However, these are three shot groups, not five or ten shot one's.

I am not posting pics of the 'shotgun patterns'. :P

I'll just add that to the pile of cash that I have amassed over the years, singing the praises of the mad bawa. LOL.
Seriously, that is some fine shooting!

Thank you but that is more the exception than the norm.

Speaking of madness, how many lap their scope rings and use a torque wrench when fitting action to stock and the scope mounts to the receiver rails?
