No its not.Its in the original bluing condition.
Only a small wearing mark on the plastic grip as it was put in holster and the press button of the holster has done that by the previous owners. Still it looks good.And costs too much :)

I bought one for 3.5 L 2 years back from original importer with papers and it never fired more than 20 shots
