Water Treatment during camping

Post by Sakobav » Mon Oct 02, 2006 6:13 pm

Any recommendations of filtering water during camping / hiking? Other than hauling water cans? Read about filter devices available in marked these days which assist in filtering water. I am quite experienced with amoebic dysentery not sure if I can handle it but someone got seriously ill in Trivandrum with Hepatitis. Maybe the good doctor could enlighten us and others who camp a lot.
