Suppresor for SDB-Xena

Post by Pinaki Chowdhuri » Fri Aug 13, 2021 5:34 pm

I'm using SDB--Xena for last few months and really very happy with the performance except the firing sound.

Is it possible to add a Suppresor / Silencer with SDB-Xena ?

Share pics of muzzle end of your air rifle.
If it's plastic foresight, adding a moderator is easy.If it has a metal crown protector,it'll need some work.

Using a moderator will increase the length of already long air rifle with very little added benifits. Two types of moderators are available , slip on moderator and one that is threaded.
In order to use threaded moderator, you'll need an adapter with threads machined to it.Both of these are available online and will cost you about 3-5k.
Threaded moderator.

in a springer...a suppressor will hardly make a impact...bcoz the clang etc is due to the moving parts striking each other.be sure of the alignment ..you dont want pellet scrapes with the suppressor insides
