.22 IOF customisation in Delhi

Hi,
Who would be the best gunsmith to customise a .22 IOF to look exactly like a .22 BRNO in Delhi? How much will the service cost?

Try the shops at Kashmere Gate. Garg armoury has done several such modifications over the years.
