thanks mundaire for your kind advise.i agree with you if i use those rings with base it will be necessary to use cheek riser as the scope will be too high and unsuitable i will go trough Mack The Knife's posts on scope mounting and try to learn and one on other scope i broke i am afraid to talk because everyone will laugh that i ruined that scope thanks for your kind advice

hi haji the diffrence i can see in upper photo man is shooting his rifle and in lower photo man is holding his rifle thanks :D

Ashok,

1. Get the Warne weaver bases for the Sauer 202.You will need to shim the front scope base.

2.Get Leupold or Warne weaver rings (Low or Medium depending upon the scope objective)

Order them online if you do not have any one living in USA to get them for you.You can try exploring ebay for some one who is willing to ship to India.

50mm objective lens needs more than 100 yards to zero.
try zeroing for 100yrds and lets know.

Mack The Knife's Thread few steps up is worth reading but still people need lot more equipments and practice

Or take it to well known gunsmith before you screw next scope - Haji
