The Chemist had to leave the Pharmacy for some urgent work.
He asked his Trainee-Assistant to look after business till he returned.
On returning, the Trainee was behind the counter, but he noticed this
man leaning against the wall, all crouched up.
"What's wrong with him?" enquired the Chemist. The Trainee explained he had
complained of a bad cough, but since they had run out of cough mixture, lozenges & tablets,
he had given him a laxative!
"What's wrong with you?" fumed the Chemist - "How can a laxative cure a bad cough?"
"I have cured him" said the Trainee. "No way", said the chemist, "just look at him all crouched up
and leaning against the wall, he's not cured".
"He is cured" said the trainee "He dare not cough now"!!!
