Indians For Guns

Greetings to everyone!

I am Ivan from Bangalore and new to this Forum , I would like to obtain an Arms licence in my home town in Salem TN or in my current location Bangalore.

I really don't know where to begin with for obtaining a licence and whether i would be granted one. My late grandfather owned a double barrel but it was later surrendered as my dad was not interested in fire arms.

I would really appreciate if members can guide me through the process of getting a licence so that my wish could be fulfilled
