Legacy.. I am glad that you have done your research and are taking efforts to retain the weapons in your family. You might have to toil a bit to establish the year of manufacturing of the weapons to qualify them as curio, but it is doable. Worst case, as other members suggested you can apply for arms license for other family members and have the weapons distributed amongst them so as to retain them in the family.

It is system maintained. It is activated based on your participation on the forum.
