The result of a restrictive arms licensing regime

This is what happens when the arms licensing process ensures that common people are denied the basic right to defend themselves.... it makes criminals out of regular law abiding citizens who are forced to stock illegal firearms - as the alternative is simply to lie back while they are robbed/ beaten up - or worse!!
