Suggestions Please .

One JDA OASIS member told me that the members dont get a membership card or a certificate from JDA shooting range in jaipur(correct me if i am living in illusion).My concern is that if i take membership there and afterwards apply for a .22lr.what proof of membership am i going to show to the licensing authorities.?

I honestly want to say that my interest for the shooting club membership is only for a licensed .22lr as i cannot go regularly to jaipur from udaipur (400 km) to practice.What is the scene of licensing if the applicant dont have a rifle club in his/her town or the guys who are members only have right to do target shooting. SUggest something guys ....

I want to start competitive shooting but not in airguns i want to start from .22lr 50 mrts matches..
All suggestions would be appreciated !!
