Some education on modern firearms

Post by OhGod424 » Wed Jul 23, 2008 3:08 pm

Check out this site!

http://homestudy.ihea.com/aboutfirearms/00obj.htm

I just stumbled upon it a couple of days back. Though the information contained here is very basic and general, it was a very good education for someone like me who's only exposure to guns has been a couple of local spring air rifles we all used to have when we were kids and now a couple of air soft replicals.

This is the material that's used for home study for hunting classes in many states in US.

According to rules only those people who pass these classes ( most of them easily pass them) gets a hunting license. Once they get the license, they can renew it every year.
