Hi Karandheer,
If its quality u are looking for.(for the price u are paying I am sure that is what u are looking for anyway!)go for the Hws. For rough and ready go for the Dianas.
I will second what Archer has suggested about magnum arms at grant road in Bombay. The last time I checked he seemed to be much more reasonable than the rest of the blokes in that area. From the other dealers in that area I was quoted 47k for a new Diana 350 and 43k for a Diana 52. Nobody had any Hw's in stock!
Happy shooting!
Hi guys...

Re: Hi guys...
yep,,,thanx Archer...will surely do some spadework before plunging into this. Though it's a bit difficult with the seller waiving the new gun tantalisingly!

Re: Hi guys...
yep Mack The Knife..going by the listed prices it surely comes to tht price. But thn looking at the supply scenario (especially for a 0.22) the prices r ''deemed'' reasonable!
Checked with a couple of other dealers too for the Magnum 350..all in excess of 50k.

Listed prices have no bearing in India. If that was the case we would all be waiting for the deal of the decade.
What I am trying to tell you is that there are far better air-rifles than the 350 Magnum for that kind of money.
I know it's not easy to be prudent when one has a bee in one's bonnet but that would be the more sensible option.

Re: Hi guys...
cent percent true Mack The Knife...& the bee has stung!!
I bought the Magnum 350 (0.22 cal) after all! a few freebies thrown in but nothing consequential.
fired the rifle (about 300 pellets or so) & it SURE is powerful!! Wud be checking out the range, accuracy over the weekend & post the results. My posts wud not be technical(have no clue abt the technicalities et all). Have not taken the scope as yet...will break into it & then buy one.
The seller has asked me to use the heavier pellets with this rifle & no lubing etc required till abt 2000 shots. Anyone knows of any website which explains the oiling, cleaning etc for this rifle?
