can i customize a px 100 club pro to shoot with the same velocity as the Achilles, i think the setup with a much heavier barrel and more power at 25 meters would be great for benchrest or extreme bench rest competitions while keeping legal issues in mind.

just a floating opinion
Yes ,you can.Taking into account that both PX100 Achilles and Club Pro use the same breech block. To bring the power down to 7Joules in Club Pro from 20 Joules in Achilles manufacturer may have used a ligther hammer,a smaller hammer spring, reduced transfer port size and stronger valve retaining spring.
If the transfer port size is not reduced by manufacturer in Club Pro model,it will make your costumization effort much easier.
Do it step by step.First go with stronger hammer spring. If desired muzzle energy is not achieved, compare hammer weight and valve retaining pin.Keep the transferport mod for last as it irreversible.

I also prefer a heavier version which can be used for both Target and casual plinking.but here the club version has cylinder with less pressure capacity. So even if you change everything, you can't do much with cylinder pressure which they rated to fill less pressure compared to Achilles.

Dear Vsraja, the rating in the pressure gauge is to prevent hammer locking when the cylinder is filled with high pressure from what is shown in the pressure gauge.

I don't know much about PCP.So thankyou for explanation brother.Learning is a continuous process.

Will I have to change the cylinder, or the guage?

No need to change the air cylinder. Also there is no need to change the pressure gauge. You'll just have to remember that the fillpressure after modification is 200 bar,not 160 bar.

Can someone confirm if the transfer port is altered or not?

I wonder at some points with precihole achilles.
As per precihole, Achilles gives 15ft/lbs at muzzle at 200 bar. BUT if we fill it at max pressure, i.e 250 bar on the scale. then what will be the muzzle energy. i dont have cronograph. if anybdy going to test it then i suggest kindly use heavy pellet (15 grain) at such high power. because accuracy will be lost beyond 1000fps.
i think power must be doubled (at least) at 250 bar.

No power will reduce at 250 bar
Achilles gives more power within 130-170 bar

Power will be less as the valve will be under more pressure against it(from the reservoir side) from opening when hammer strikes it

Will that also not make the accuracy erratic, I've been working on my Achilles, and I've noticed that between 130 to 170BAR my shots are the most accurate, around 12-15 shots are accurate over 170-200 before the POI shifts from POA, ever so slightly for the next 25-30 shots.

I'm also trying to build my own pcp and would really appreciate any help from the forum members.

Nothing on the wrong side of the law. Just want to know more.

Is it possible to attach the club pro barrel to an Achilles? Or an Achilles receiver to club pro?

Check if both the barrels are of same OD at the breech end.If they are of same dimension you can switch the barrels along with the respective barrel bands.
