I wanted to know if shooting tournaments (not in the Olympic grade) can be organised without having to take approval from any association. I am planning to get in touch with a district rifle club here in Kerala and organise a freestyle sort of tournament. Anyone from Kerala Cochin region here?

Yes this is what I am also looking for ... Abroad there are lot of field target competitions for hobbyist ppl
