Minimum age for using .177 airpistol?(less than 20 joules)

Hell, and what is the minimum age for using a .177 airpistol? I will mostly do plinking against a wall with all legal precautions and safe practices followed.

if the person can hold the pistol steadily then he can fire, maybe 10 years old, depends on the person, i dont think there are any age restrictions in india. only >15FPE and .22cals need license.
