I had one several years ago, it was made in Bengal and looked great. It was a. 22 and the sad part was it had no power. The pellet barely travelled 15 feet before ploughing down to earth. So check how it works before you buy it.

The Chap at the counter told me that it wasnt good for plinking too - so i guess the only reason to pick it up would be to have a look alike.

Hi Sniper,

They are cheap imitation of Webley Premier .22 Model and yes they are manufactured in Kolkata, West Bengal (Probably under brand name SDB). As Dev correctly mentioned, they are absolutely useless for pinking unless you have intention to use them at point blank range. You may also find copy of Marksman 1010 Classic model (known as BLANCA Model) which is again absolutely worthless for plinking and can be use for display purpose or prop purpose. It is always better to buy a Conventional Break Barrel Air Pistol if you are considering Indian make.

Hi Saptarshi,
Thanks for the info. im not interested in buying it - was just letting ppl know that there was a webly imitation available.
Also how much is this worth in Kolkata?

Also speaking of indian Makes - Sisco .22 & HeMan .22 are "OK"
IHP .177 is the best in the indian market i guess.

Thanks

Sniper,

Webely Imititaions are in a range of 1.5K to 2K . BLANKA (Marksman Copy) are in range of 2 to 2.5K (About a year ago) in Kolkata, not sure about their current prices. Yes so far IHP is the best among Indian Brands.
