CHRONY INFO NEEDED AGAIN

Post by tarat » Sat Jan 26, 2008 11:01 am

Hiya ,

Am trying to get my docs together to apply for a club membership. In the meantime, I wish to import a F1 chrony from the US. Anyone know of any firm that ships to India ? I could'nt find any. Looks like even eBay wont ship outside the US and Canada. I know that BAR in the UK will, but I am trying to get it from the US considering the exchange rates right now.

Regards

Thanks Mack The Knife. Cabelas MIGHT. At least India is there in the countries dropdown list.

There was one site where India was there as well and I filled out the entire form and finally got a message to the effect that they cannot ship to the address I mentioned.

Cabelas it is. Another question, coz I have never got anything shipped before. Assuming the item is not restricted (and a chrony is'nt), does one still have to collect it from customs or elsewhere, or is it delivered right to the shipping address mentioned ?

Chronos have sailed through in the past.

It will be delivered to your door and the import duty will be collected at your door by the courier. You will not have to interact with customs.
