Turkish airguns have mixed reviews in terms of their quality, but then they are usually priced quite cheap... though some of the manufacturers must be good as I believe the Webleys (being made in Turkey now) are pretty good. Have no clue as to this gun/ manufacturer...

Cheers!

The Winchester airguns ex: 1000X series is made by Hatsan for Daisy.

Cheap and reasonably good quality but requires a bit of work to smoothen out.

The torpedo looks great, hope it shoots as good as it looks :-)

Hey Sid,

Its been 2days and no reply from hatsan till now, i'll send a reminder to them again.
Also noticed this torpedo 155 has a bolt action pellet chamber which I think is safer than TX/HW we saw other day.

@Kanwal
Guns look good veer, what kind of money are we looking at here. Looks like a picatinny rail comes attached on top of the spring assembly at the back.

This gun also has an anti-bear trap like the TX, so saftey wise it looks good. Had a look at their shotguns too and I must say I was impressed, Yum Yum. Its a shame we cant try out the shotties :( :evil: .

So does torpedo 150, but mate lets face it after TX 200 nothing will ever feel the same. Dude it shot sooooo smooth, straight, sweet, Holy DUCK..... Abhijeet you better start keeping it in lock and key or it'll end up being stolen and it wont take a detective's brain to spot the culprit :(
am so very serious this time

Cheers Sid

It seems i've got to do the job a lil sooner than i though. Competition ain't always healthy Olly, but it's ok if you get your hands on the TX 200 first, i'l have you part ways with the HW77 :)

wow i'm in love with the thought itself. It's a win-win situation :D

Now for $250 there is a pcp from Crosman with a pump included. The Crosman Discovery i think will be a better deal than the Hatsans etc. The first few discoveries are out with some quality control issues but I think soon it will be the best entry level pcp for the buck. If you go through the trouble to import an airgun get something slightly unique or go totally high end. Don't mess with mid value springers as its a painful learning curve.

Dev, could you let me know where the Discovery is available for $250 with pump? The lowest I could find was at Pyramyd Air at $379

Thanks
