I wasn't aware that there was any requirements to purchase an airsoft pistol ... or has something changed lately?
Congratulations on putting that pistol together, Kiran.

Congrats Kiran. But if you assembled it yourself why did you give that guy 5k ? Or was it the price of the second consignment ?

Thanks for the reply Kiran.
So i need to be a rifle club member to import even a BB gun? I thought it was only for pellet guns. You had to submit a copy of your membership to the store? Or just had it with you in case the customs asked you.
I do not have a rifle club membership. Guess i can't buy it from e hobby Asia then
I better go back to the dream of owning a model after air pistol. Thanks!

Hi Ranjith,
Actually even BBs will have the calibers like .177 and .22:-) and the gun which I have imported is 6mm BB that is little more than .22". So it obviously requires the membership to import it at least. Dont worry, I can help you in importing if you are really interested. So cheers

Thanks Kiran. That was so kind of you. I'll save enough money and let you know. I'm right now getting a Precihole. The next one would hopefully be the 92FS
Thanks!

Congrats Kiran! You are a great inspiration!
And your m92 pistol looks really great...I had been dreaming of such a pistol for years...
And I had been thinking till now that the 6 mm BB springer pistols are included in 'toys' category so it doesn't need membership...

Please correct me if I am wrong but airsoft guns are considered to be toys and not air guns. Most airsoft guns shoot 6mm plastic balls at low velocity.
You shouldn't need any memberships to import one.
