Would the pepper sprays n the stun guns work on this project ?

Any clues where these could be avaliable in Delhi.

Well, AFAIK "Tasers" - the type of stun guns that shoot out electrodes so that one can use it from a few yards away are NOT legal for use by civilians. Therefore you would have to use one of the handheld devices and "stun" the buggers at arms length... NOT RECOMMENDED as they carry rabies and a scratch or a bite will mean getting those anti-rabies shots! :P

These damned monkeys are pretty darned aggresive so just be really careful whatever method you employ to cope wth the menace though i think probably the Langur solution might be the best.
